- How much is postage? UK postage always £3, no matter how much you buy.
- How long is delivery? I always use the Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service, posting on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. You should receive your order within 3 working days of making payment – usually sooner – but please feel free to contact me if you order has been delayed and I will be happy to track it for you.
- Can I have Next Day delivery? Yes, as long as payment is made before 2pm, Monday to Thursday. Please select the Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm option, which costs £8. Next Day delivery is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Can I return items? Please contact me if you are unhappy with any of your items or would like to make a return because you have changed your mind. Returns will always be accepted as long as the items are in the same condition as they were received in. Returns on the basis that you have changed your mind will be at the customers expense – please always send returns via a Tracked Service such as Royal Mail Signed For as I cannot be held accountable for lost returns.
- Safety – Always supervise babies and infants when using hair accessories and remove when sleeping.
